The Notice of Value (NOV) Committee within the New Mexico Assessor's Affiliate is made up of professionals who come together to exchange knowledge and establish standardized practices for creating assessor NOVs. In partnership with the New Mexico Property Tax Division, the NOV Committee works to ensure that notices are clear, transparent, and designed to support the well-being of local communities, helping to build trust and understanding in the property assessment system.
